- The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) joins hands with Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences (ARIES), Nainital for cooperation in the field of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) and Astrophysics. The MoU signed by R. Umamaheswaran (ISRO Scientific Secretary) and Professor Dipankar Banerjee (Director of ARIES) through video conferencing.
