- P. R Jaishankar has been appointed as the Managing Director (MD) of India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) for a period of three years. Prior to this, P. R Jaishankar served as the Executive Director at National Housing Bank and he has 32 years of experience in Development Banking and Financial Domains.

IIFCL was established in 2006 by the Government of India. It provides long-term financial assistance to viable infrastructure projects through the Scheme for Financing Viable Infrastructure Projects through a Special Purpose Vehicle.
