Katerina Sakellaropoulou Elected As First Female President of Greece

Katerina Sakellaropoulou (age 63 years) elected as the first female President of Greece.
She was elected to succeed the current head of state, Prokopis Pavlopoulos, by the Hellenic Parliament on 22nd January 2020.
Prior to this, She served as President of the Council of State, the highest administrative court of Greece.
