- In Cricket, The cricket team of the Indian Consulate in Dubai defeated the Pakistan Consulate team to win the 2020 Diplomat Cup Cricket Championship.
- The above Championship was organized by Skyline University College in Sharjah. Consulates of 8-countries including India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Australia, and the US had participated in the tournament.
- The objective of this Championship is to bring together officials and employees of different Consulates based in UAE.
