Food Ordering Company Zomato acquires Uber Eats in $300 million

Today, Food delivery company Zomato acquired Uber Eats India for around $300 million (Rs 2,485 crore) in an all-stock deal.
Uber Eats is an online food ordering & delivery platform launched by Uber in 2014.

ii) CEO of Uber Eats is Dara Khosrowshahi.
Zomato is an Indian restaurant aggregator and food delivery platform founded by Deepinder Goyal in July 2008.
i) Headquarters at DLF Phase-V, Gurugram (Haryana).
ii) CEO of Zomato is Deepinder Goyal.
