- The President of BJP & the Current Home Minister of India Shri Amit Shah (age 55 years) inaugurated the Country's First Cyber Crime Prevention Unit (AASHVAST) in Gandhinagar (Capital of Gujarat).
- Besides, He also launched the various people-centric projects of the Gujarat Police and Indian Postal Department at Mahatma Mandir.
- The projects include Video Integration and StateWide Advance Security-VISWAS project, ‘Netrang’ project to establish Command and Control Room, etc.
