- A team of Scientists and Researchers has discovered 10 new species of Song-Birds in Wallacea Island of Indonesia, out of then 5 are new species and 5 are new subspecies.
- Out of 10 new species, The Togian jungle flycatcher is a new subspecies that was mainly found in the Wallacean islands off Indonesia's East Coast. It is one of the several new bird species.
