- In an official announcement, The 10th Chief Minister of Haryana Shri Manohar Lal Khattar (age 65 years) has decided to give Rs.6 Crore to those who won the Gold medals at the Olympic Games.
- Haryana CM said that Rs.3 Crore will be given to those who won Gold medals at Asian Games, and Rs.1.5 Crore to those who won Gold at Commonwealth Games.
- While Rs.15,00,000/- will be given to each player who participates in the Olympic Games.
- The main objective of this reward is to promoting sports in the state and encouraging youths to excel in the field.
