Rajiv Bansal elected as new Air India CMD

The Appointment Committee of Cabinet (ACC) appointed Senior IAS officer (Nagaland cadre) Rajiv Bansal as the new Chairman cum Managing-Director (CMD) of Air India Limited.
He will replace Ashwani Lohan. Currently, Mr. Rajiv Bansal is the Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum.
