- Tech giant Google has launched the 'Kormo App' in India. This app will be helped Indian people to find entry-level jobs. It will also help those who have lost their jobs during the COVID-19.
- Prior to this, Google had firstly launched this type of app in Bangladesh in 2018 and after-that in Indonesia in 2019. In 2019, Google had also tested this app under the brand 'Spot' in India and around two million verified jobs posted on the platform.
