World Malaria Day celebrated on 25th April each year

Each year on 25th April World Malaria Day is celebrated throughout the globe to recognizes global efforts to control malaria. The theme slogan for 2020 World Malaria Day is 'Zero Malaria Starts With Me.'
History,
World Malaria Day was established in May 2007 by the 60th session of the World Health Assembly, WHO's decision-making body. The objective to established this day is to provide 'Education and understanding of Malaria'.
