HRD Ministry launches 'VidyaDaan 2.0' program


  • The Union Human Resources and Development (HRD) Minister Shri Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (age 60 years) has launched the VidyaDaan 2.0 program, with the aim of inviting e-learning Content contributions.
  • VidyaDaan 2.0,
    - VidyaDaan is a common national program to develop and contribute e-learning content and a chance to be recognized nationally. And, this program has been launched due to the increasing requirement of E-learning content for students.
    - In spite of that, he said that the content will be used on the DIKSHA app to help millions of children across the country to continue their learning anytime and anywhere.
    - He also informed that contributions can be made by educationists, subject experts, schools, colleges, Universities, Institutes, government, and non-government organizations and individuals.
