- The main objective of this monitoring app is to identify patients, undertake live surveillance, track, monitor, and provide real-time analytics to the chief minister and the health department of Telangana state.
- Highlights,
- The system empowers each health worker to handle 1,500+ phone calls and simple chatbot conversations each day with a patient.
- It will help strengthen the contacts outreach of COVID-19 patients significantly.
- The callers will also persuade and remind the patient to self-administer the prescribed treatment, to maintain social distancing, as well as remind them to stay home and stay safe.
