- The 14th Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur (age 54 years) has launched Mukhyamantri Seva Sankalp Helpline number '1100' aims to provide timely help to the citizens of the state.
- The Helpline number '1100' will make use of the latest technologies to help people register their complaints online, making the whole procedure paperless and lessen the footfall in government offices.
- Himachal Pradesh becomes the 4th state to launch this helpline after Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
- The Helpline will be available 6 days a week from 07:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M, and each complaint will be solved within 7 to 14 days.
