- Facebook has removed around 26,000,000 content related to global terrorist groups like Islamic State & Al Qaeda in the last 2-years. Out of which, 99% were proactively identified and removed before anyone reported it to the company.
- According to the Facebook, "We have identified a wide range of groups as terrorist organizations based on their behavior, not their ideologies, and we do not allow them to have a presence on our services,".
- In a statement, Facebook said that it has banned more than 200 white supremacist organizations from its platform.
