- The 9th Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh Mr. Peme Khandu (age 40 years) inaugurated the 24-megawatt Dikshi Hydroelectric Project at Dikshi Village in West Kameng District.
- It is a Run-of-the-River project constructed on the river Phudung by Devi Energies Private Limited. It was completed in 4-years with an investment of Rs 430 crore.
