P. K. Mishra Took Over As Principal Secretary To Prime Minister Modi

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) appointed Pramod Kumar Mishra (age 71 years) as the Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Prior to taking up this assignment, P. K. Mishra served as the Additional Principal Secretary to the PM Modi. Mishra is a 1972 batch IAS officer belonging to Gujarat cadre.
He replaced Nripendra Misra, who stepped down in August 2019 as the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
