India will host 2-days SCO conference on Military Medicine in New Delhi

The 2-day SCO conference on Military Medicine will be held in New Delhi from 12th to 13th September 2019 in accordance with the SCO Defence Co-operation Plan 2019-20.
India will host the 1st conference on Military Medicine for member nations of the Shanghai Co-operation Organisation (SCO).
The main objectives of the SCO conference are to share best practices in the field of military medicine, build capacities and overcome common challenges.
On the occasion, The Indian armed forces will demonstrate the Rapid Action Medical Team, and also organize a guided tour for delegations of military medicine experts to the Army Research and Referral Hospital in New Delhi.
