  • Former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Qadir passed away at the age of 63 due to cardiac arrest in Lahore.
  • During his cricket career, he played 67-Tests, and 104-ODIs matches between 1977 and 1993 and secured 368 wickets.
  • In ODIs, his best bowling figures were 5-wickets for 44-runs against Sri Lanka during the 1983 Cricket World Cup.
