IAS officer Sunil Arora Took Over as Chairman of AWEB

The 23rd Chief Election Commissioner of India- Sunil Arora appointed as the Chairman of Association of World Election Bodies (AWEB) for a period of 2019-21.
The AWEB Flag was handed over to Sunil Arora (IAS: 1980 batch officer - Rajasthan cadre). More than 110 delegates from 45 countries attended the meeting.
In 2017, India was appointed as the Vice-Chair of AWEB at the last General Assembly held at Bucharest.
