Ganesh Chaturthi observed on 2nd September

Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi, is being observed across the country on 2nd September.
The day marks the birth of Lord Ganesha, who is a symbol of wisdom and good fortune in the Hindu religion.
The festival of the famous Hill-top Ganesh temple in Trichy, popularly known as the Malaikottai (Hill Fort) also begins in Tamilnadu.
