World Development Information Day celebrated on 24th October

World Development Information Day is celebrated on 24th October annually around the globe. It's objective is to inform and motivate young people.
In 1972, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) had decided to institute a World Development Information Day (WDID) coinciding with the United Nations (UN) Day on 24th October.
