Indo-Japan joint Air Force exercise 'Shinyuu Maitri' begins


  • The joint Air Force exercise between India and Japan 'Shinyuu Maitri' begins from 17th to 23rd October at Arjan Singh Air Force Station, Panagarh (West Bengal).
  • In this exercise, the C-130 J aircraft of Indian Air Force (IAF) and C-130 H (Tactical Airlift Squadron) of Japanese Air Self Defence Force (JASDF) are participating.
  • The main objective of the exercise is to undertake Joint Mobility and Tactical interoperability among two forces.
