World Teachers' Day celebrated on 5th October

The World Teachers’ Day or International Teachers’ Days is celebrated every year on 5th October around the world.
The theme for this year is "Young Teachers: The future of the Profession".
The day is held every year on 5th October since 1994, International Teachers’ Day commemorates the anniversary of the adoption of the 1966 ILO/UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers.
