RSP General Secretary Kshiti Goswami passes away

The General Secretary of the Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) Kshiti Goswami died at a hospital in Chennai, Tamilnadu. He was 76.
In 2012, he had also served as the State Secretary of the RSP.
