A week-long Manipur Sangai Festival begins

In Manipur, the week-long Manipur Sangai Festival 2019 started at Hapta Kangjeibung in Imphal. The festival is organized by the Tourism Department, Manipur.
During the festival, cultural programs, traditional games, folk dance, and classical music will be performed by different communities of the State as well as from other States.
The 12th Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh has inaugurated the Manipur Sangai Festival 2019 along with State Ministers, dignitaries from foreign countries.
