World Philosophy Day celebrated on 3rd Thursday of November

World Philosophy Day is celebrated every year on the 3rd Thursday of November month to highlight the importance of philosophy in different regional contexts.
It was introduced on 21st November 2002 by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization).
In 2005 the UNESCO General Conference declared that World Philosophy Day would be celebrated every 3rd Thursday of November month.
