Muhammad Raffiq pledge as new Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court

The Union Government has appointed Justice Muhammad Raffiq as the new Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court.
He replaced Ajay Kumar Mittal, who is now the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court.
Tathagata Roy- Governor of Meghalaya administered him the oath of office and Secrecy at Rajbhavan, Shillong (Capital of Meghalaya).
