- India to host the Men's Hockey World Cup in 2023 which starts from 13th to 29th January.
- The International Hockey Federation (FIH) said that India will host Men's Tournament while Spain and the Netherlands co-host of the 2022 Women's World Cup which starts from 1st to 22nd of July.
- The decisions were made during the International Hockey Federation (FIH) Executive Board Meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland today.
