- Bharti Airtel Limited joins hand with HDFC Life Insurance to offer Rs 4 Lakh cover to its prepaid customers.
- The new pack of Airtel Rs.249/- which will include 2GB data, unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day, and a cover of Rupees 4,00,000/- from HDFC Life.
- The validity of recharge is 28 days and the policy cover till recharge is active.
- A customer needs to enroll for insurance after the first recharge through either an SMS, the My Airtel App, or the retailer.
- The insurance will renew automatically for subsequent recharges.
- The cover will be available to all customers aged between 18-54 years, and requires no paperwork or medical examination, except for a declaration of good health from the customer.
