- Israel honored 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War Hero - Former Lt. Gen Of Indian Army Jack Farj Rafael Jacob (short name JFR Jacob), with a plaque on the Wall of Honour at the Ammunition Hill.
- Lieutenant General (Retd) JFR Jacob negotiated the historic surrender of Pakistani troops in Dhaka after the 1971 Bangladesh’s Liberation War.
- JFR Jacob was fought in World War-II and the 1965 Indo-Pakistani War.
Ammunition Hill was a fortified Jordanian military post in the northern part of Jordanian-ruled East Jerusalem and the western slope of Mount Scopus. It was the site of one of the fiercest battles of the Six-Day War (Arab-Israeli War 1967). Ammunition Hill is now a national memorial site.
