Rima Das becomes Official Ambassador of TIFF's

Current Affairs 30-31st March 2019. Rima Das (age 37 years) joined Toronto International Film Festival's (TIFF's) Share Her Journey as their official ambassador.
TIFF's launched the 5-year campaign in 2017 with a view to increasing participation, skills, and opportunities for women behind and in front of the camera.
Rima Das is an Indian filmmaker best known for her film, Village Rockstars (2017) which won several National and international awards.
She won India's National Best Film and Best Editor Awards.
