- Current Affairs 28th March 2019. The consortium of banks led by the SBI has recovered rupees 1,008 crores from the sale of more than 74,00,000 UBHL shares of Vijay Mallya's.
- The amount was recovered by Bangalore based Debt Recovery Tribunal.
- The Enforcement Directorate said the shares attached by the agency is part of its money laundering probe against the liquor baron.
