- Current Affairs 11th March 2018. The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi attended the 50th Raising Day ceremony of Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) in Ghaziabad, UP.
- The PM Modi reviewed the parade of the CISF at the 5th Battalion Camp and lays the wreath at the Martyr's Memorial.
- He presented the Police and Fire Service Medals for distinguished and meritorious services and will be addressed the CISF personnel.
- The CISF provides security cover to 300 industrial units, government infrastructure projects and facilities and establishments located all over India.
