- Union Governement has appointed Senior bureaucrat Shefali Juneja as India’s representative in the Council of International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO).
- Juneja will replace Alok Shekhar (Sr. IAS officer).
- She is 1992 batch cadre officer of Indian Revenue Service (IRS) and is presently working as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
