Indian Air Force code name for Balakot Airstrike was 'Operation Bandar', in order to maintain secrecy and ensure that the plans don't leak out.
On 26th Feb 2019, IAF's Mirage-2000 aircraft had taken off from multiple air bases crossed over into the Pakistani air space and carried out missile attacks on Jaish-e-Mohammed training facility at Balakot, Pakistan.
