- Mahindra Susten Private Limited join-hand with Japanese Mitsui & Co. Limited to develop and operate distributed solar power generation projects in India.
- Mahindra Susten will hold 51% and Mitsui holds 49% stake in Marvel Solren Private Limited. Currently, Marvel Solren operates 4-distributed solar projects in India with a capacity of 16 megawatts.
