- The International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression is observed on 4th June around the world to protect the rights of children.
- The day was established by United Nations (UN) on 19th August 1982.
- The purpose of this day is to acknowledge the pain suffered by children globally who are the victims of physical, mental and emotional abuse.
