- Ravinder Kumar Malik wins 2019 Mr. South Asia title. He is the overall champion of 12th South Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship held at Kathmandu, Nepal.
- He was the winner under 80kg category, was adjudged best bodybuilder among the winners of 9-Senior Men's Weight Categories.
- Afghanistan scored 535 points and won the Team Championship. Nepal scored 445 points and secured second place, and India scored 380 points and took third place.
