- US-based software company Ebix Inc acquired Indian online travel agency Yatra.com for USD 337.8 million (around Rupees 2,325 crore).
- Now, Yatra.com will become part of Ebix' travel company 'EbixCash' and will continue to serve customers under the Yatra brand.
