BJP Leader Wilfred Mesquita passes away at 70

Senior BJP Leader and Ex Goa minister Wilfred Mesquita passed away in Mumbai. He was 70-years. In 1974, he was the founder Vice President of Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party.
In 1990, Mr. Mesquita working as the Cabinet Minister in the Congress-led state Government.
On 2007, he was the leader of the Goa BJP and working as the Party’s vice president and spokesman.
