- The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has appointed B Harideesh Kumar as its new Director for a period of 3-years.
- Prior to this appointment, he was the Executive Director of Canara Bank.
- IBPS is a recruitment body that was started with an aim to encourage the recruitment and placement of young graduates in public sector banks in India.
