- The National Book Trust (NBT) has appointed educationist and author Govind Prasad Sharma as its new Chairman.
- Educationist and Author Mr. Sharma has served as the Principal of Govt P.G. College, Madhya Pradesh.
- He also served as Vice Chairman of MP Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE).
