- Shri Rabindra Adhikari (Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal) and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Shri Manjeev Singh Puri jointly inaugurated the month-long 'Festival of India' in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The festival, organized by the Indian Embassy and Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre from 19 February to 21 March 2019.
