Sunil Chhetri Honored with Football Ratna Award

Sunil Chhetri has been awarded the first ever Football Ratna Award in New Delhi, the award ceremony took place in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Sunil Chhetri - Popularly known as Captain Fantastic, is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a striker/ winger for and captains both the Indian Super League side Bengaluru FC and the Indian National Team.
Chhetri has also been named AIFF Player of the Year five times in 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2017.
