Petroleum Minister inaugurated India's first long-distance CNG bus

Dharmendra Pradhan (Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister) has inaugurated India's first long-distance CNG bus in New Delhi, which can travel 1000 Kms in one fill.
The project has been executed by Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and has been achieved through the pioneering design of Type IV Composite Cylinders in buses, replacing traditional very heavy Type-I Carbon Steel cylinders.
