- In Football, Qatar will host the African Football Super Cup up to 2022. He signed an agreement with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) for this event.
- The 2020 CAF Super Cup will be held in TBD, Doha on 14th February 2020 and it will be the 28th edition of the cup.
