- 23-years-old Tony-Ann Singh of Jamaica crowned the 69th edition of Miss World title at the ExCeL London in the United Kingdom.
- She was crowned by the Miss World 2018 winner Vanessa Ponce (Mexico).
- It is the first time that black women hold the title for Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, Miss America, Miss Universe, and Miss World.
