Tamilnadu Government honored K. Sivan with A.P.J Abdul Kalam Award

The Current Chairman of ISRO K. Sivan (age 62 years) honored with Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Award by the Tamilnadu government.
The Current Chief Minister of Tamilnadu K. Palaniswami hand-over the award to K. Sivan for his successful launch of Chandrayaan-2 mission.
The Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Award is given in recognition of his stellar work in the promotion of science and technology.
In another category, P. Ramyalakshmi (Assistant Director of Fisheries) awarded with State government’s Kalpana Chawla Award.
