Manipur Govt appointed Valentina Elangbam as Green Ambassador of the State

The Government of Manipur appointed Valentina Elangbam as Green Ambassador for the Chief Minister's Green Manipur Mission.
The 9-year-old Valentina Elangbam was seen crying in a video after two Gulmohar trees were cut down. She planted the trees when she studying in class 1st.
She has lived in the Kakching district of Manipur state and studying in the 5th class of Amutombi Divine Life School in Hiyanglam Wabagai
